Hakshitha Tours (“Book My Ride”, “we”) collects only the information needed to operate your taxi booking: your name, phone number, optional email, pickup and drop-off locations, and travel times.

How we use your information

• To calculate fares, confirm bookings and operate your trip.
• To contact you about your booking (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email).
• To recognise returning customers and improve our service.

What we don't do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We don't store card/UPI details — payments are processed by PhonePe.
• We share trip details only with the driver assigned to your booking.

Retention & contact
