Cancellation & refund policy

We understand plans change. This policy applies to the online booking deposit (15% of the fare) paid when confirming a trip on bookmyryde.in.

Cancellations by you

• More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund of the deposit.
• 6–24 hours before pickup: 50% of the deposit refunded.
• Less than 6 hours before pickup / no-show: deposit is not refundable.

Cancellations by us

If we cannot operate your trip for any reason (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), you receive a full refund of the deposit, or a free reschedule — your choice.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. To cancel or reschedule, call +91 94444 75922 or WhatsApp us with your booking reference (BMR-…).
